American Mustard: Water, Mustard Seed (20%), Spirit Vinegar, Sea Salt, Turmeric.

Tomato Ketchup: This classic red sauce has one benchmark, and one benchmark only - taste like He**z, just without the sugar. We were so determined to make it taste like your nostalgic favourite, we refused to stop the development process until we nailed it. It took over 30 iterations to find a recipe we were comfortable with and just when we thought we’d nailed it my 5-year-old, Alex, pointed out that version 14 was his favourite. 5-year-olds don’t lie! So that’s what we’ve launched with - version 14. Tangy but sweet, spicy but appropriately mild, and most importantly, full of that classic tommy-K flavour! Perfect to dip your favourite banger in, dollop next to your eggs or why not go retro diner style and glaze your meat loaf with it like you living in LA in the 80’s!

Slightly Posh Mayo: Smooth, rich, and creamy mayo made with free-range whole egg and 100% olive oil. Perfect in your packed lunch sarnie or on a (slightly) fancy dinner party crudité.

Brown Sauce: No bacon butty would be complete without ** sauce (okay I’m aware asterisking a two-letter word is a bit odd - big up HP for making a banging Brown Sauce), so this product absolutely had to be on the cards. This one, however, was not easy. When I say it wasn’t easy, it really wasn’t easy- changing just 0.00001% of the recipe made all the difference. Every time we tested the recipe we went back and forth because it was so close. We are absolutely obsessed, however, with finding that ultimate taste, so we kept at it and I’m proud to say we nailed it (if I can say so myself!). The final product is version 19 from our development process. Not quite as spicy as my initial favourite, version 14, but still packed full of flavour and smooth, mellow spice. The perfect partner for your bacon butty and more!
