Tom's tasting notes

When I found out how bad seed oils are for you, when it came to making mayo, I started playing with alternatives. We tested both avocado oil and olive oil to see what worked best with our mayo. Surprise, surprise—we liked them both, but for completely different reasons. The olive oil added that something special and really lifted the standard mayo to taste like a proper chefs mayo —hence the name 'Slightly Posh', its like having your very own private chef!

Made simply with whole eggs, a blend of olive oils (for flavour), Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and season to taste—et voilà! What's not to love?!

Add some lemon zest to pick up a plain roast chicken, or some capers, cornichons, and chopped parsley for the best tartare sauce you've ever tasted. It really is a versatile beast, and we love it!

    Amazing mayo 😊

I was very happy with my previous mayonnaise but then I discovered that it contains rapeseed oil 😞. So I was overjoyed when I found the fu:di make one without it. I had to try it and I was so glad to find that it is just as tasty 😋 I only buy this brand now

    Mayo

It’s hard to find mayonnaise that isn’t made with seed oil and this is a great alternative. Tastes good and better for your health.

    Mayo 2 pack bundle

Just wanted to say the mayo is delicious. I love the two different flavours- avocado and olive oil - so I can choose depending on what I am eating. Also the discount by buying the two together is great along with the main fact that I am no longer ingesting rapeseed oil! Which was my main reason for trying it in the first place.
