When I found out how bad seed oils are for you, when it came to making mayo, I started playing with alternatives. We tested both avocado oil and olive oil to see what worked best with our mayo. Surprise, surprise—we liked them both, but for completely different reasons. The olive oil added that something special and really lifted the standard mayo to taste like a proper chefs mayo —hence the name 'Slightly Posh', its like having your very own private chef!

Made simply with whole eggs, a blend of olive oils (for flavour), Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and season to taste—et voilà! What's not to love?!

Add some lemon zest to pick up a plain roast chicken, or some capers, cornichons, and chopped parsley for the best tartare sauce you've ever tasted. It really is a versatile beast, and we love it!

    At last a mayo without seed oils..🙌

    I’ve used several other seed free mayonnaise products…but love the Fudi variety… squeeze bottle is also useful … I can now enjoy my mayonnaise without seed oils… I’ve also swapped out my tomato 🍅 and brown sauce … great taste and again proper ingredients with no nasties .. love it

    No seed oil delicious mayo

    I have tried a few mayonnaise’ that are made without seed oils and use much better olive or advocado oil. The Fu:di mayo is the best by a long shot as it’s flavour is comparable to a good standard mayo. Others tend to have a very strong flavour and aftertaste that overshadows the food it is supposed to be accompanying.

    Fu:di mayonnaise compliments the food, as it should.
