Product Story

When starting my low-carb journey, eating cheese was a real joy—a food I’ve loved all my life, so I happily tucked in. British, French, Swiss, Spanish—I love them all! But it wasn’t long before I started to miss the crunch of something to put the cheese on.

I’ve always loved crackers and Scandinavian crispbreads (my mum went through a phase of eating a Ry**ta every morning for years!), so I got busy developing. Fast forward a few years, and we think we’ve created a pretty epic crispbread—not only that, but it’s as authentic as it gets, being made in a wonderful Norwegian bakery!

The toasted flavour of seeds, along with the ultimate crunch, is everything you could possibly want in a crispbread. A deep, savoury, nutty finish makes the perfect base for any topping you fancy—from sweet to savoury—all with 76% fewer carbs than your average crispbread, and a whopping 25% protein!

Love these crisbread with cream cheese and smoke salmon . One fills you up and avoids the temptation of snaking and breaking Keto diet . Excellent.

    Savoury or sweet?

The plain option on this crispbread range is ideal when you can't decide between savoury (my favourite Marmite cream cheese) or sweet (reduced sugar Jam or Marmalade for me)
