Tomatoes (71%) (Passata & Paste), Plant-Based Sweeteners (8%) (Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Fibres (Chicory Root, Linseed & Citrus), Spirit Vinegar, Sea Salt, Onion, Concentrated Monk Fruit Infusion, Garlic, Spices, Celery Seed.

Brown Sauce
Tomatoes (Passata & Paste), Malt Vinegar (Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Plant-Based Sweeteners (6%) (Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Fibres (Chicory Root, Linseed & Citrus), Sea Salt, Spinach Powder, Onion, Spices, Tamarind Concentrate, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Ginger, Concentrated Monk Fruit Infusion.

Tasting Notes

Ketchup
This classic red sauce has one benchmark – taste link He**z, just without the sugar. We were so determined to make it taste like your nostalgic favourite, we refused to stop the development process until we nailed it. It took over 20 iterations to find a recipe we were comfortable with and just when we thought we nailed it, my 5-year-old, Alex, pointed out that version 14 was his favourite. 5-year-olds don’t lie! So that’s what we’ve launched with – version 14. Tangy but sweet, spicy but appropriately mild, and most importantly, full of the classic Tommy-k flavour!

Brown Sauce
No bacon butty would be complete without ** sauce (okay I’m aware asterisking a two-letter word is a bit odd – big up HP for making a banging brown sauce), so this product absolutely had to be on the cards. This one, however, was NOT easy. And when I say it wasn’t easy, it really wasn’t easy. Changing just 0.00001% of the recipe made all the difference. Every time we tested the recipe we went back and forth on how close it was. Fortunately, we are absolutely obsessed with finding the ultimate taste, so we kept at it and I’m proud to say we nailed it. The final product is version 14 of our development. Not quite as spicey as my initial favourite, version 19, but still packed full of flavour and smooth, mellow spice. The perfect partner for your bacon butty.

    Delicious Sauces!

    I was brought up on HP sauce, so what does it take to break the family habits of a lifetime? The answer is fu:di Brown Sauce. Absolutely delicious. Now I’ve got a half-finished bottle of HP to get rid of. And the fu:di Ketchup is memorable too. Tried some today on a couple of sausages. Yip, I’m sold. So that’s a bottle of Heinz that has to be binned too!

    So flavoursome

    OK....fu:di..... What have you done to my taste buds???? I have always been a Ketchup Kronie, and this one is head and shoulders above ALL others, 57 Brands Included. Less Sugar really taste the tomato......it is delicious.

    NOW FU:DI.......listen here...... I have never, ever, ever liked Brown Sauce, from ANY brands. I kept well clear of that demon because it made my cheeks suck inwards, my teeth jump out of my head, I've always thought it to be horrible, vinegary, sweet, tamarind-ish, and made my eyes roll to the back of my head. Now, I bought your Brown Sauce for my son, at 64 curiosity got the better of me, and I tried a little dot on my finger, then a bigger dot, then I opened the fridge, grabbed the cheese, cut a piece off and put your brown sauce on it.

    OMG, it was heavenly, smooth, yet tangy & clean. I have not given the bottle to my son & have hidden it in the back of my fridge so that he doesn't get any ideas that I may have bought it for him,

    I am now putting Brown Sauce on everything, tonight - Roasted stuffed peppers....with Brown Sauce, I had it on a fried egg this morning, tomorrow who knows?>?

    Good stuff

    These sauces are a perfect replacement for my suger filled ketchup and HP sauces a good healthier option I will be buying more for sure.
