When I found out how bad seed oils are for you, when it came to making mayo, I started playing with alternatives. We tested both avocado oil and olive oil to see what worked best with our mayo. Surprise, surpriseβ€”we liked them both, but for completely different reasons. The olive oil added that something special and really lifted the standard mayo to taste like a proper chefs mayo β€”hence the name 'Slightly Posh', its like having your very own private chef!

Made simply with whole eggs, a blend of olive oils (for flavour), Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and season to tasteβ€”et voilΓ ! What's not to love?!

Add some lemon zest to pick up a plain roast chicken, or some capers, cornichons, and chopped parsley for the best tartare sauce you've ever tasted. It really is a versatile beast, and we love it!

    Moorish too!

    I love this mayo, it just tastes SO good! Healthy, high quality ingredients. I’ve even given a bottle to a good friend who is super picky about mayo.

    I’ve bought this twice now, but it’s not going to be the last.

    Mayo on everything

    This is an excellent product with a flavour as good as or better than any supermarket mayo. I love it. I especially like the lack of seed oil.
