Extra Virgin Olive Oil (45%), Apple Cider Vinegar (35%), Water, Chicory Root Fibre, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Dijon Mustard (1.3%) (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Garlic, Mustard Seeds (0.9%), Herbs (0.8%) (Marjoram, Chives, Thyme), Black Pepper, Thickener: Xanthan Gum.

Allergens: See ingredients in bold in the ingredient section. Produced in a facility that also handles Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Egg, Fish, Milk, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks. We recommend bringing to room temperature before serving.

We couldn’t leave the Brits out. England isn’t overly known for salad dressings, so we had to invent one! Inspired by the wonderful Dorset Cider Vinegar, Willy’s, our dressing is zingy, hereby and tastes like a summer’s day in the countryside (in a good way). Designed to be punchy, cutting through the fat of your summer BBQ roast pork. The Cider Vinegar that Willy makes still has the mother so we might not have needed the extra fibre from Chicory root but we thought why not. Balanced with our famous (well not yet famous but it soon will be once the world has tasted it) Spanish Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mustard, garlic and finished off with some good old British herbs (think marjoram, thyme and chives) for a perfectly punchy salad dressing. We like it with big family style salads or even in your office cupboard to improve your grab and go weekday supermarket lunches - every little helps!
