Low-carb, no added sugar breakfast!
This breakfast takes little effort and delivers ultimate reward! Perfect for hosting friends at brunch or treating yourself on a slow, cosy Sunday morning. The creamy yoghurt pairs beautifully with sweet, tangy berries, creating a dreamy base for the rich, chocolatey crunch of cocoa granola clusters. Trust us—this one’s a must-try!
Ingredients
Yoghurt
- 1 tub of full-fat Greek yoghurt (500g)
Berry Compote
- ½ pack of frozen berries (300–330g pack)
- 1 tsp inulin (powdered or chicory root syrup)
- 1 tsp erythritol
Garnish
- Handful of fu:di Grain-Free Cocoa Granola (30g)
Let's begin!
Cook the Compote!
Step 1
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the frozen berries, inulin, and erythritol. Cover with a lid and bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. If it starts boiling too vigorously, lower the heat to prevent burning. Cook until the berries have broken down and the mixture is thick and glossy.
Serve!
Step 2
Divide the yoghurt equally between four bowls. Top with spoonfuls of the jammy berry compote and scatter with Grain-Free Cocoa Granola for the perfect chocolatey, nutty finish. Serve and enjoy!
Chef's Tip
This is also delicious with fresh berries and a dollop of sugar-free jam—perfect for those quick midweek mornings!
