I've tried this with milk as a cereal substitute, over greek yoghurt and fruit as a granola and I've also nibbled on it dry as a snack. It's perfect for all. Great product and no nasties.

As I follow a low carb Keto lifestyle I am always looking out for new things to try and this is definitely a winner! There are no seed oils or white sugars- it is so delicious and satisfying there are no negatives as far as I am concerned,more than happy to give it 5 stars!
