Summer’s on the way, and we all know a good BBQ needs a great sauce.
This creamy, tangy, and slightly smoky fu:di burger sauce is the ultimate addition to your favourite low-carb burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. Packed with flavour from pickles, mustard, and a hint of garlic, it’s the perfect balance of indulgence and freshness. Try with your favourite burger fillings in a fu:di bread roll, bunless burger or why not try lettuce wraps. It's that taste we’ve all been missing!
Ingredients
- A small sprig of dill
- 2-3 small pickles (or 1 large)
- ¼ shallot
- 4 tbsp fu:di Slightly Posh Mayo
- ¼ tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp American mustard
- ½ tsp inulin
- 3 tsp pickle brine
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Let's begin!
Prep and mix it up
Step 1
Finely chop the dill and set aside. Then finely chop the pickles and shallot and add to a small bowl. Add the dill and remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
Step 2
Taste and adjust seasoning with a little extra pickle brine, salt, or cracked black pepper if needed.
Serve!
Step 3
Dollop onto your favourite burger or spoon on the side for the ultimate dunk. Friday nights just got better!
Chef's Tip
Want extra depth? Add a pinch of smoked paprika or a drop of hot sauce for a spicy kick! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. 👨🍳🍔
